Our quality control department has an integral function within our organisation, supporting and advising in the maintenance of product standards.

Quality begins at the source, thus, it is vital to maintain direct contact with the suppliers regarding any quality-related issues, and to take corrective action where necessary. Most of our products are sourced directly from producers. This means that we have short lines of communication which helps to maintain a high level of product quality.
